I have rented several servers from Dacentec in the past and have had good luck with them. Prices are reasonable (just paying for hookups and rack space alone anywhere else would have cost more than the total rental cost with Dacentec; when I shopped around they were providing bandwidth, power, server hardware and replacement parts for the life of the rental for less than I could rent 1U in a cage)! Rent-to-own costs ~$50 shipping per server if you do opt to eventually take delivery of your hardware.
