Ordered today, their customer service is very responsive and competent, and the server works perfectly well.

I've taken 8core 32GB VPS. Several days of use and two critical issues during that time. The support response was fast but it doesn't change fact the service is unreliable. Number of available cores is only on paper, if you try use them then either the server will be completely turned off or you will get 'cpu time limit exceeded' and the process will be killed. But the price is hard to beat ;)
