I signed up in April 2023, and since then, it’s been an almost flawless experience. Sure, there have been a few hiccups here and there, but over the past 554 days, my servers have been pretty reliable, and it's been much better than most other providers I've tried.

There are some areas where they could improve, like support response times (waiting 9 days for rDNS is a bit much), and there’s a weird double-VAT issue with PayPal. But overall, I haven’t had to worry about my servers much—everything's been stable.
