I've used Xenyth for about 2 years now and have had very minimal downtime, good performance and connectivity. They've recently included even more bandwidth in their plans for free which is a welcome addition. Support is fast and their support and integration with BGP Sessions is nice as well.

Cheap pricing for very decent hardware. Location is also great. Would recommend.
